Status Update: July 28, 2018

Hi Pangaeans!

This week has kept me busy for all the wrong reasons.

I'm back to working on mechanics and the environmental battle system. Because I don't have my notes anymore and am rewriting everything, I'm dealing with old issues I ran across the last time. Fortunately, they're familiar so I have some idea of what to do. Still gonna take me a while since I'm back to improvising. But with school over until the end of August, I should be able to work on the game more fluidly after tomorrow. I'm hoping to get this done before school starts back up, but no promises.

What do I mean by that? Well, if you caught my stream earlier today, I've been left with a lot of housework and high maintenance pets. I got maybe an hour's worth of work and then like 10 hours worth of housework. I didn't think the house was such a big mess, but wow! Or maybe I'm OCD and never knew til now. Either way, 3 shedding pets, tons of plants in hot-ass weather, dishes from complex meals, an 8 hour job...yeah, I'm always busy. Fortunately, they'll be back tomorrow afternoon so the burden will be lifted. My parents may be retired, but my dad loves to keep busy.

A big thanks to everyone who's still supporting the game, even now. I've had more setbacks than I care for, but I can finally see the finish line.
